In today’s environment, with costs escalating, it’s easy to cut costs to bring cost shipping within the budget.

Luncheon registration closes at 5:00 pm central time the Monday before the luncheon.
Walk-ins are on a first come, first serve basis.  No space is guaranteed if you are not registered.

Our Speaker

William Duval – Senior Marine Surveyor / Lead Sales & Marketing at EIMC

William Duval is a Navy veteran who served during the end of the Vietnam war from 1972 to 1976. After his military service, Duval graduated college with a BS from West Florida in Pensacola and came to Houston, where he worked as a licensed, multi-line claim adjuster.  In 1980, Duval began his career as a Marine Surveyor, working primarily with steel accounts and handling project-type cargoes.  He worked out of the New Orleans and Houston areas and moved permanently to Houston in 2005 before Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans.

Today, Mr. Duval has traveled to many locations to oversee the loading of steel ships and has surveyed cargo damage across the world.

William Duval is a member of the National Association of Marine Surveyors and has served as their Regional VP for the Western Gulf Coast for the last six years. He is also a member of the Houston Claims Association, Houston Maritime Arbitrators Association,  and Mariners Club.

Duval enjoys traveling with his wife Debbie of 36 years and spending time with his 12 grandkids in their various activities.
