Shameka Nelson – ExxonMobil’s Upstream Logistics Manager
Her responsibilities include providing integrated Logistics planning and execution support across the Upstream and Global Projects organizations. She supports Logistics job family health and manages job family size to meet business needs.
Shameka leads the central logistics organization to own and manage marine, aviation, and shorebase operations prior to business unit logistics team presence; she leads in-country logistics org design and staffing recommendations. She is also responsible for maintaining best practices and driving effective use of tools to manage risks and promote efficiency in global operations.
Shameka started her career in ExxonMobil’s Drilling organization in 2003 and has held numerous technical, advisory, and leadership roles.
Brianne Crockett – ExxonMobil’s Logistics Superintendent for US Conventional
Overseeing the logistics related to supporting Upstream’s onshore and offshore assets for the Gulf of Mexico and California field sites, Brianne manages the necessary aviation, marine, shorebase, trucking and catering contracts. Her primary responsibility is to engage her team to ensure logistical support is provided to each field site in the most efficient manner.
Brianne has held various roles in Engineering, Construction, Contracting and Logistics since joining ExxonMobil in 2008 following a career as a Logistics Officer in the US Air Force. She earned a Master’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management in 2017.
