Jay has over 25 years of experience in international trade law and customs compliance. As head of the Houston, Texas operations, Jay and his team advise clients on import and export compliance, regulatory enforcement, and supply chain security.  Jay is also Customs Counsel for the Laredo Licensed U.S. Customs Brokers Association.
