How do I get a receipt or invoice for a payment that I made?

For luncheon payments – please contact our Hospitality Director
For Golf payments – please contact our Golf Director
For Membership Dues – please contact our Membership Director, etc.
What are your cancellation/refund policies?
Luncheon reservations will be billed unless cancelled at least 3 business days before the event.
No refunds are available for educational workshop reservations, but ITMA credits will be issued if cancelled at least 14 days prior to the event.
No refunds are available for golf reservations, but ITMA credits will be issued if cancelled at least 14 days prior to the event.
No refunds are available for special events.
