Janai Orozco is a Global Supply Chain Subject Matter Expert with over 18 years of experience delivering impactful results in the Energy Sector, spanning both Upstream and Midstream organizations. Known as an “Energy-Creating Supply Chain Manager” and serial entrepreneur, he has a proven track record of generating momentum, driving transformation, and delivering measurable value across global supply chain operations.
His leadership philosophy is anchored in People, Digital Enablement, and Planet—a framework he uses to create and sustain long-term momentum in complex, high-stakes environments.
Janai’s expertise includes sustainable business strategy, end-to-end supply chain process improvement, and large-scale global change management, including implementing, insourcing, and outsourcing supply chain operations (organization, people, process, and systems). He is highly skilled in network optimization design and modeling (both brownfield and greenfield), global business process design and implementation (SAP, Oracle, OTM), and Lean management practices.
He holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management, a BBA in Supply Chain Management, and a BBA in Marketing from the University of Houston, along with Executive Education credentials from Harvard Business School.
