Bill Keyes, Logistics Director – Fluor
Bill Keyes is a seasoned logistics and supply chain leader with more than 25 years of global experience spanning the mining, oil and gas, pipeline, LNG, and large-scale energy sectors. He currently serves as Logistics Director for Dow’s Fort Saskatchewan Path2Zero Cracker—the world’s first net-zero emissions integrated ethylene cracker—where he leads logistics strategy and execution for a first-of-its-kind sustainability project.
Throughout his career, Bill has supported complex capital projects across the United States, Australia, Europe, the Middle East, North and East Africa, and Asia. His experience includes leading logistics for high-profile initiatives such as NEOM in Saudi Arabia, a greenfield oil development in East Africa, and ExxonMobil’s Point Thomson Project in Alaska. His scope has covered the full project lifecycle, from early feasibility and traffic studies to import/export compliance, coastal barging, remote site execution, and camp operations.
Bill holds degrees from the University of Florida, Central Michigan University, and the U.S. Army War College, along with a graduate certificate in Construction Management from the University of Houston. Known for his collaborative leadership style and strength in early-stage planning, Bill is recognized for delivering practical, risk-aware logistics solutions that enable safe, efficient, and successful project execution.

Henrik Hansen, General Manager –Â AAL Americas
Henrik Hansen, General Manager of AAL Americas is based in Houston and is responsible for the strategic development of AAL Americas. He oversees the multipurpose project heavy lift carrier’s operations and commercial activity across the continent and manages its busy schedule of regular monthly cargo sailings into and out of the region and growing local team of shipping professionals. Henrik began his shipping career in 1984 In Denmark and progressed through the commercial and chartering ranks of several well-known global carriers in both Europe and the US, before joining AAL in 2015 as Commercial Manager.
Paul Hicks, Sales Manager – Wallenius Wilhelmsen
Paul Hicks has been in the maritime industry for 35 years in both operations and commercial roles. His experience includes 20+ years in container carrier operations and sales with Evergreen, Maersk and CP Ships. He then transitioned into breakbulk world working for a charter/broker called Navex. And finally, the past 10+ years he’s been a commercial manager for breakbulk cargoes with ro/ro carriers Hoegh Autoliners and currently, Wallenius Wilhelmsen. This varied background provides a unique perspective on the various carrier options with breakbulk cargoes. Paul has been involved in various maritime associations as a member of the West Gulf Maritime Association, HCBFFA, ITMA and is currently on the Board of Governors for the Houston Propeller Club
He is also a licensed Real Estate Broker, so his sales experience is on both land and sea.
Paul is married with two grown children and loves to travel with his wife Sherene.
Paul Weidenfeller, Sr. Account Manager – A.P. Moller Maersk
This is my 36th year in the Houston logistics market. I began my career with Sea-Land Service, Inc’s Atlantic Division in 1990. From there I have handled roles as Inside Sales Associate, Account Rep. , Middle East Sales Mgr, and General Manager for Houston/New Orleans offices. Leaving Maersk Line in2008, I worked within our Maersk Oil and Gas organization under the Moller Supply company, learning the oil and gas industry. I was the Supplier Relationship Manager for NOV. From there, I spent some time with NVOCC, Unit Cargo as well as Sales Mgr. for CMA-CGM. Lastly, I owned my own company called Shipper Owned Container. I came back to Maersk in 2015 and focused on Special Cargo for Maersk. After the integration of Maersk & Damco, I did a brief stint as Head of Special Cargo at Maersk, but ultimately moved back into a commercial role in our Strategic Accounts group. I have 2 children, ages 28 and 22. My daughter is in the Aerospace industry and my son with graduate from the University of Arkansas with his BA in Supply Chain Mgt. (he’s currently looking for his 1st job….hint hint) My wife and I have been happily married for 33 years.
Iker Domingo, Vice President Chartering & Projects – SAL
Iker Domingo serves as the Vice President of Chartering & Projects for SAL, a member of the JSI Alliance. With more than two decades of experience in transportation and logistics, he has held leadership roles across operations, chartering, and business development, supporting complex commercial and heavy lift project cargo movements around the world.
Iker began his career at the brokering firm Ocean Projects, Inc., later opening the commercial and chartering office for Hansa Heavy Lift before joining SAL Heavy Lift in 2014. Based in Houston, he has been integral to shaping SAL’s chartering strategy and advancing major project initiatives throughout North America.
He holds a BBA from the University of Houston and an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas. Outside of work, Iker is a father of three and enjoys golf, tennis, and running.
